Natalie is a passionate leader. She believes that her mission in life is to advance the entrepreneurial spirit, skills and reach of women around the world.

Since the time she was a young girl growing up in Peru, Natalie has been passionate about helping others live better lives but it is not till recently, that she discovered her passion for helping other women achieve their dreams and create businesses they loved while enjoying life on their own terms. She believes that this is the key to creating a better world.

In 2019, Natalie founded the Latin Female Entrepreneur Association and she has since mobilized hundreds of Latin American women online and offline to follow her dreams – entrepreneurial and not – is a key partner of the Consulate of Mexico and is in contact with global Think Tanks and gender groups to promote entrepreneurship among women and more specifically, in Latin America,
